Sarah Pollock Sporthorses is dedicated to helping riders and horses achieve their full potential through quality training and thoughtful management.

Training Costs

Training and Care- $1200 per month. Whether you are you are just starting out or have been riding your entire life, we make a program specifically designed with you and your horse in mind. Training is a combination of lessons, training rides, pessoa and lunging work, ground work and turnout that is catered to the needs of each horse and rider. We provide full grooming services including, tacking, bathing, tack cleaning, show clip and prep, laundry services, scheduling vet and farrier visits, administering medications, wrapping and any other needs specific to the well being of your horse. Turnout is provided 6 days a week. On site care provided 7 days a week.

Supplies- $50 per month. Supplies including: brushes, fly spray, rubbing alcohol, boots, polos, leather cleaner and conditioner, show sheen, laundry detergent and other items used by all the horses in training,

Grain and Supplements- $50 per month per horse, $25 per month per pony. A customized grain and supplement will be made for the individual needs of each horse All horses will receive Adeptus supplements, electrolytes, psyllium and fly control supplements added to their grain appropriate for each horse in training.

Per Diem Services 

On-site lesson: $85 

Off-site lesson: $100 

On-site training ride: $65

Sales:

A 10% commission is taken when purchasing, selling, or leasing a horse facilitated by SPS.  A day rate of $100 is required for traveling to try horses that will be applied to the commission of the horse. Client must pay all travel expenses.
